CSS FONT SIZE

In CSS, you set font size with the font-size property:

p {
      font-size: 16px;
    }

Common units

h1 { font-size: 32px; }
p  { font-size: 16px; }

• px — fixed pixel size
• em — relative to the parent element
• rem — relative to the root (html) font size
• % — percentage of the parent font size
• vw — relative to viewport width

Recommended for most websites:

body {
  font-size: 1rem;
}

h1 {
  font-size: 2rem;
}

For responsive text:

h1 {
  font-size: clamp(2rem, 5vw, 4rem);
}
